Caro-Kann Defence Bc4 Haines

Ray Haines played the Caro-Kann Defence against Hillbilly Attack 2.Bc4 d5. White could try 3.Bb3 dxe4 4.Qh5!? After 13 moves White had not moved all his minor pieces. The lower the rating, the slower the piece development. Their intentions are good, but they get sidetracked. After 14.b3? White is up two pawns but his king is fatally stuck in the center.
